Monthly subscriptions typically ship between the 20th and 25th of each month. If you need your first box immediately, please email info@sportsboxco.com after ordering and we will do our best to accommodate an early shipment.

If shipping to different addresses, please place a separate transaction for each recipient. If shipping multiple boxes to the same address, you can place one order; please include all names in the address line so we can label each box for the correct athlete.

Absolutely. You can update your sport or subscription level at any time through your account portal. Changes take effect on your next renewal. For immediate assistance with a change, please email us.

We are happy to help with exchanges or lost packages. Please note that customer errors (incorrect address, size, or sport) will incur a re-shipping fee of up to $15 to cover new postage and return costs.

Renewals occur on the 1st of the month based on your selected frequency. If you request an immediate shipment for a new monthly sub, your first renewal will occur one week after that box ships.

You can cancel through your account at any time. To stop a renewal or request a refund for a recent charge, you must cancel by the 5th of the month. Multi-month plans can be canceled to prevent renewal, and you will receive all remaining boxes in your current term.
