Every box has 5 to 6 items for your athlete's sport, about $60 worth at retail: training aids, gear and accessories, collectibles and swag, and snacks. A shirt in their size is included a few times a year. Products change every month.

Month to month is $39.99 a box. Prepay and save: $38.99 a box for 3 months, $37.99 a box for 6 months, or $35.99 a box for 12 months. Shipping in the U.S. is $5.99 a box, charged up front on prepaid plans. One-time Mystery Boxes are $49.99, with shipping calculated at checkout.

Love it or we'll make it right. Not happy with your first box? Email info@sportsboxco.com within 30 days of ordering and we'll replace it, switch the sport, or refund it.

The guarantee covers your first box, one per household. On prepaid plans, if you cancel within 30 days we'll also refund the boxes that haven't shipped. It doesn't cover address or size errors, which follow our re-shipping policy below.

Subscription boxes are built by sport, so every athlete in a sport gets the same box each month. The one thing you choose is their shirt size. One-time Mystery Boxes ask for an age range, and we match those to the athlete where we can.

Switch the box to another sport at any time through your account portal, and the change takes effect on your next renewal. If your athlete plays several sports, month to month is the best fit, since you can change the box before each renewal. You can also cancel at any time. We work to pack new products every month. After about a year in the same sport, some training aids may repeat. Apparel, hats, water bottles and other swag come in new designs.

Yes, most of our boxes are gifts. Put the athlete's name in the shipping address and the box arrives addressed to them. Gift subscriptions renew automatically, so if you'd like the gift to end after the first term, log in and cancel any time after ordering, or email us and we'll do it for you. Every box you've already paid for still ships. See our gift page for details.

Monthly subscriptions typically ship between the 20th and 25th of each month. If you need your first box immediately, please email info@sportsboxco.com after ordering and we will do our best to accommodate an early shipment. One-time Mystery Boxes ship within 2 to 3 business days.

If shipping to different addresses, please place a separate transaction for each recipient. If shipping multiple boxes to the same address, you can place one order; please include all names in the address line so we can label each box for the correct athlete.

We are happy to help with exchanges or lost packages. Please note that customer errors (incorrect address, size, or sport) will incur a re-shipping fee of up to $15 to cover new postage and return costs.

Renewals occur on the 1st of the month based on your selected frequency. If you request an immediate shipment for a new monthly sub, your first renewal will occur one week after that box ships.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. To stop a pending renewal for the current month, you must cancel before the 1st of the month. Once a renewal charge has processed, it is non-refundable, and you will receive the box for that term. Your first box is covered by our 30-day guarantee.
